Red Tea

This tea has evenly symmetrical leaves that are tight and black with golden tips. It is a thick tea, and its taste is still full and sweet after 10 brews.

Fragrance:  fruity, floral with notes of honey

Mouthfeel:  rich, almost creamy

Hue:  golden and clear

Aftertaste:  pleasant and long-lasting

Teaware:  GaiWan or YiXing teapot 

Leaf Ratio:  1 gram of tea leaves / 20 ml water

Temperature:  100°C (212°F)

First brew:  3-5 seconds

Second to eighth brews:  7-8 Seconds
